At the south end of the beach the Gelateria (Ice-cream shop) sells around two hundred flavours of ice-cream. A medium sized town with an excellent range of facilities, from schools to hospitals yet still managing to retain its rural Italian feel, a town where you can buy fish on the beach straight from the fishermen fresh from the sea. Trebisacce is sophisticated yet true to its roots.
